What is the inspiration for your design?
The designer’s design was inspired by contemporary architecture with a splash of tropical architecture. Contemporary architecture produced some of today’s most famous building styles. It’s dramatic element and identification provides beauty and calm effect to the user. The archipelago of the Philippines was also an inspiration of the design that brings up the tropical architecture as its identification of the land which also help the design to provide connection of the land and its users. The bathroom design gives enough clear circulation space and provides accessibility to all kinds of users. Indoor plants such as bamboo which is abundant in the Philippines was also used to help purify the indoor air quality. Considering today’s crisis, materials such as copper was used for the doorknobs because it was discovered to have an oligodynamic effect which disinfect themselves of germs within eight hours that helps to prevent virus transmission within the area.

Who is the target user and how does the design fulfill the need of the target user?
As we all know, the Philippines for the most part is one of the countries with a basically large number of stunning tourist attractions and a sort of large number of visitors in a subtle way. The designer’s target users mostly are tourists who come to see the beauty of the land and really receive a warm particularly welcome and accommodations, which mostly is quite significant.
