Find specific entries or participants using the search bar, or filter by Status, or sort by Participant ID, School or Submitted Date.

To review submissions, click on the thumbnail to view the bathroom render and click View Design Entry to access the PDF file.

Click View Student ID to check on participant’s details.

Click Qualify/Disqualify to update the outcome of your screening process.

Select Qualify for entries that fulfills the qualification criteria.

Qualified submissions will advance to the shortlisting stage conducted by judges. An email will be sent to notify users on their qualified status.

Select Disqualify for non-compliant entries and provide a reason for disqualification to guide the participant's entry submission revisions.

An email will be sent to notify users on their disqualified status and are encouraged to re-submit before the deadline.

Once the qualification status is updated, you will receive a confirmation notification.

Select the Shortlisted by Judge tab to view entries shortlisted by judges

Click View Judges (xx) to see the number and list of judges who have shortlisted the entry.

Select Confirm as National Finalist to promote entries to the National Level Judging stage.

The selected entry will be labelled as “National Finalist”.
