About the Design

What is the inspiration for your design?

The design concept of this project is from the forest. Now that people spend more time at home with COVID-19, i want to make people to take a lively rest like in nature in a small square room.

The target of this project is all guest visiting and staying at the hotel room, and it will allow them to relax in a natural atmosphere and help to de-stress accumulated by business trips.

The vertical wood paneling design comes from a tall tree that in the forest and symbolizes toughness and vitality along with the plant wall in the toilet area. Also, the organic shaped wood panel used on the floor of the Basin & Toilet area is a symbol of the tree’s growth ring. The marble tiles used in the Shower area convey the raw image of nature.

Wood, marble tiles, and glass are all materials from nature, and are sustainable and sturdy. They also have a smooth surface, which have better hygiene performance.
