Mr. Chansan has spent more than 15 years studying abroad in Singapore, United States and Boston, Massachusetts. In 2011, Chansan established Re : Edge Architecture and has directed the design completion of numerous notable projects in Cambodia.
Chansan is a registered architect and his office’s works have been featured in multiple international publications and design magazines. Recently, he has been enlisted as the Singapore Straits Time’s 50 Asians to Watch as well as being certified as ASEAN architect. He has been named “the Rising Start of Cambodia’s Skyline” and in 2018, he won the “Personality of the Year Award’.
Swiss-born architect, Martin Aerne gained after a federal diploma of architectural draftsmanship a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Zurich University in 1995. Relocated to Cambodia in 2002, Martin was initially principal at the WEC International Vocational Training Centre in Phnom Penh as national director. He also established Aerne Architects & Associates Co.,Ltd. (AA&A) where he and his team have successfully designed a variety of innovative projects as well as won awards both locally and internationally. He has been professor and thesis advisor for Architecture and Urbanism at the Royal University of Fine Arts since 2013, rebuild philosophical and professional capacity of high standards and ethics. Since 2021, he furthermore lectures architectural design for the first masters of architecture degree in Cambodia at Limkokwing University.

Phyu Latt is a Burmese architect with 11 years of experience in architectural design. Phyu moved to Yangon in 2011 after graduated from Technological University of Mandalay, Myanmar. In 2011, she joined the architectural firm Spine Architects where she was involved in the design of commercial buildings, banks, warehouse as well as residential development. She decided to join Archetype Group in 2013, the largest French architecture firm developing worldwide, to pursue her career in an international practice and contribute to larger scale projects such as mixed-used buildings, resorts, high-rise projects and masterplans. Phyu Latt is now overseeing projects in Myanmar and collaborates to the development of numerous projects across different continents with Archetype France, Thailand, Mongolia, China, Vietnam and Africa. In terms of design, she is aware of the latest trends and follows the evolution of Architecture profession on a regular basis. She cultivates a sense of rigor and intellectual honesty in her practice of architecture based on a strict methodology and always keeping in mind to “do it with passion to put the experience of the end-user in the center of the design”. Self-driven in nature and with hardworking character, Phyu Latt’s has seen her work featured on BCI Asia magazines each year from 2015 to 2020.
Gaurav Premchandani has an experience panning around 2 decades in hospitality design. From working in Mumbai to United Arab Emirates & setting up “JOI-Design Inida” a hospitality-dedicated design studio in Mumbai as a franchise partner of “JOI-Design” from Hamburg. Gaurav has worked on high end to high on creative energy projects, introducing the lean luxury in budget hotel segment in India with an European touch & hints of Indian design pallet for sesign standards for ginger hotels to high end luxury hotels such as Taj Lakefront, Bhopal. Team @ JOI-Design India thrives on functional design approach & always ensures clients interests for viability of the projects. Gaurav has also won some prestigious awards in the hospitality design segment & continues to work with immense dedication for betterment of hospitality design segment.
R Thiyagarajan has 30 years of experience with leading practices in Singapore and India on a wide range of projects. From 1995 to 1999, he was associated with Jurong Town Corporation (JTC) and Architects Team 3 Pvt Singapore. Between 1999 and 2004 he worked with RSP Singapore and from 2004 to 2016 with RSP India. He joined DPA Consultants, India in 2016, and since then he has been heading DPAC Bengaluru. He has been involved in the design and execution of various IT Parks, Corporate office buildings, High-rise apartments, Industrial facilities & Schools. To date to his credit, he has delivered more than 30 million sqft of built-up spaces. Mr. Rajan possesses a strong design flair with a good sense of aesthetic appreciation; He is hands-on with design detailing and technical coordination. He is good at personnel management and contract administration. He is a good team player, and encourages cross-team bonding for the development of new ideas and innovation. He believes in self-discipline, integrity and family values for personal development and growth.
Ar Adrianta Aziz is an Architect & Educator, a partner of AR RAD Architects and ARN Consulting and Training which is the first Architectural training Company in Malaysia. He graduated from UiTM in year 1997 and Oxford Brookes, UK in Architecture and Urban Design in year 1999.
He is a Certified Trainer and has involved in learning platform programme named BeAr, LAP, ReLAP and PPW a sharing the professionalism to young architects for the last 10 years. Ar Adrianta has conducted many seminars and programmes related to building industry and professionalisms. He is the current PAM Malaysia Committee chairman for Education for the year 2022-2023 and Chairman of ACAE - ARCASIA Commitee Architecture Education. 2022-2023. IDr Lai Siew Hong is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Designer of award winning interior design firm Blu Water Headquartered in Kuala Lumpur since 2010, the design studio focuses on hospitality archetypes and the design of hotels, resorts and F&B establishments around the region. Cathy Saldaña, an award-winning architect, is best known for her works in Island and Resort Development. Prior to LIXIL, he was the COO of the Franklin Baker Group, GM and Country Director for Ecolab and Nalco Philippines, Country Head and Asia Regional Director for General Electric, Department Manager of Kodak and Division Head of 3M.
Warren Foster-Brown holds a degree in Interior Architecture from Brunel University, London. His career to date has spanned several continents, from Europe to Asia and beyond. Warren has spent over two decades in Asia having worked as the lead designer at two of the world’s leading hospitality interior design consultancies before establishing multi award winning FBEYE International in 2005 to further explore the fundamentals of hospitality design combined with new concepts in the future of hotel design and guest expectations.
Prestigious projects undertaken by Warren include the St. Regis Hotel, Singapore, Sheraton Sanya Resort, Hainan and Shangri-La’s China World Hotel, Beijing PRC, with more recent commissions from the Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel and Spa, Switzerland, Four Seasons Resort Landaa Giraavaru Maldives, Westin Hotel Singapore and the InterContinental Hotel Singapore.
Tulsi focuses his interior design specialization on lifestyle-driven projects; hospitality, F&B, and premium residential properties spanning Asia, Africa, and Australia. Based in Singapore, he contributes to business strategy and design direction within Hassell and leads the design, strategic planning, and client relationships, overseeing prominent projects across the region. His interest lies in evidence-based design and its merger with technology, innovation, and passive design strategies to create experientially empowered projects.
Dennis Cheok’s journey in design began even before graduating from architecture school; working professionally on stage design, branding and sculpting, and culminated with a nomination for the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) President’s Medal Award for his graduation thesis in 2007. Dennis also honoured with a stint to study design at the prestigious Domus Academy in Milan, Italy in 2010.
In 2011, he founded UPSTRS_, a cross-disciplinarian design practice which focuses on conceptual ideation, collaborative processes and hands-on material exploration. The studio’s creative output often shifts and diversifies between the interstices of space, objects, brand and print, and has garnered multiple regional and international awards and accolades for its innovation, narrative-driven design approach and immaculate execution.
Keat Ong graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture (Honours) from Curtin University of Technology (Australia) and was invited into the Golden Key Honour Society for his achievement as one of the country’s top scorers. He is the current president for Asia Pacific Space Designers Association and the Founder of Nota Design Group which specialises in Interior Design and Architectural Design Consultation.
As a multi-awards winning designer, Keat has been named one of Asia’s Top Designers in Singapore Design Awards 2014 and as Designers of the year 2016/2017 from the famed INTERIOR DESIGN Magazine. Keat has also been appointed chief judges and jury members for many well-known awards such as A’Design Awards & Competition (Italy), Asia Pacific Interior Design Awards (Hong Kong), Singapore Interior Design Awards (Singapore), Asia Young Designers Award (Asia).
Jeremy Tay, awarded Bachelor of Biotechnology with First Class Honours, was offered two research scholarships with the Dean of the Faculty of Science during his study years in Australia. Saivipa has over 16 years experience in hospitality design for projects in Thailand and abroad. Her works include award-winning properties such as the Intercontinental Hotel, Samui, Thailand in 2012 and more recently, the Renaissance Pattaya Resort and Spa.
Throughout her career, Theeranuj has been responsible for projects ranging from hospitality to commercial retail located in Thailand and in various countries. As Vice President of Professional Affairs of Thailand Interior Designers Association (TIDA), Theeranuj engages in a network of its Professional practice. Among other social engagements, Theeranuj is thesis advisor at Bangkok University’s School of Art since 1993 and serves as a juror for Interior Architecture Thesis at Chulalongkorn University since 2006.
Jeravej is the founder of IDIN Architects whose design philosophy and concentration is to merge the sense of surrounding, the ‘natures’, to the architectural aesthetic. Apart from practicing, Jeravej also serves as a judge and a guest critique in several architectural competitions, give lectures at various occasions and architectural schools and universities.
Over 28 years after Karnchit Punyakanok joined Architects 49, he has been working on numerous prestigious projects of various scales and types including private residences, Panyavej Hospital, the Mercy Centre Hospice, and Central World shopping complex. He had occasionally served for the Association of Siamese Architects under Royal Patronage as well as Architect Council of Thailand.
Niwat is a senior partner of a leading design firm, PIA Interior Co., Ltd. He has demonstrated experiences with several profound local and internaltional hospitality projects such as award-winning Bangkok Marriott Hotel The Surawongse, Bangkok and Banyan Tree, Krabi Thailand. He plays an active role in professional affliations including a committee in the design competitions by TIDA.
Wasit is currently the Marketing Leader in LIXIL (Thailand) with over 20 years experiences in commercial roles of home improvement business across domestic and international market. Currently, he is also serving as the judge for “Friendly Design Award 2021” under the category of “Best Restroom Design Contest”.
Nguyen Trung Kien born in 1980 and graduated HCM University of Architecture in 2003 and Strasbourg National Architecture University (France) in 2007. From 2003 to 2009, as an architect, he worked at many domestic and foreign architectural such as Guy Walter Architecte (France), Bilfinger Berger (Germany), Sarl D’architecture Atelier K (France), Hai Phu Construction (HCM city). In 2008, he won the international award of the European Commission for the project of Cronenbourg city planning, the gateway to Europe and was awarded by the President of the European Commission (European Parliament). He attended many Urban Planning Courses in Italy, Turkey, France and Germany. He has led many projects and won first prize in international architecture competitions in Bangladesh, Vietnam, Myanmar and France. In 2009 with his partner, Ms. Architect Le Nguyen Huong Giang, he established GK Archi. In 2012, GK Archi expanded its development and established branch with 100% foreign capital in Yangon, Myamar and resonated in the Asia region. With his enthusiasm and passion, he and Le Nguyen Huong Giang have led GK Archi to become the Top 10 leading architectural firms in Vietnam (BCI Asia Award) in 2017-2020.
